Add an Email Signature to Your Outgoing Emails
It will help your family and friends find the Constitution Party website.
|
|
Follow these simple steps (You need to be in Internet Explorer):
|
|
Step 1: Log into your email provider.
|
Step 2:
- If you are in Yahoo, click "Options" in the upper right, then "More Options". Then click "Signature" in the
left-hand menu. Make sure the top right-hand corner of the signature box says "Plain Text", which means it's in
"Rich Text" format with the formatting buttons highlighted.
- If you are in GMail, click "Settings in the upper right, then scroll down to the signature window box.
- If you are in Hotmail, click "Inbox", then click "Options" in the upper right, then click "More Options".
Now click "Personal Email Signature" and select "Edit in HTML" to the right of the formatting buttons.
- If you are in some other email provider, you may have to experiment somewhat to find the signature box.
|
Step 3:
- If you are in Yahoo or GMail, right click on the selected image below; select "copy";
then right click in the signature window and select paste from the menu that appears. The formatting buttons
above the signature window should appear highlighted.
Then, click the save button (Yahoo save is above the signature window; GMail save is at the bottom of the page).
When you are ready to send an email, make sure that the formatting buttons are highlighted.
- If you are in Hotmail, select HTML editor mode from the menu above the signature window.
Then go to your selected image on this page and copy the code below the image and paste it into
the signature window and save it. When you send a new email, check to see that the formatting buttons are highlighted.
- If you have some other email provider, you may have to experiment somewhat in adding either the image or the code to
the signature box.
